UX Design Lead, Acquisition & Engagement As a member of the Acquisition & Engagement Team, I led a team of designers in creating digital experiences which drive product activation and audience growth, nurture leads, decrease customer churn, increase registration and engagement, and improving the overall customer experience through iterative design and testing which measure impact and performance.
Previously, I worked alongside the MetLife team while at R/GA on a number of projects including creating the MetLife Global Design System, conducting stakeholder interviews, experience and visual audits, content strategy and blocking, designing low to high fidelity wireframes, visual design, interactive prototypes, as well as presenting to stakeholders and clients.
